As the story goes, Link Care Foundation began with a desire to reach those who brought the Gospel to the dark places of the world. Who was going to minister to those who were already ministering? Life on the mission field wasn't easy. Raising families abroad wasn't alwyas ideal. But God calls us to disciple to Judea, Samaria, and the rest of the world. He told use to GO! Our founder, Dr. Stanley Lindquist, used the idea of "praying with our feet" as a means of practical action-putting God's plan to work!

Even from an early age, the Holy Spirit was softening Stan's heart toward hurting people. As a pastor's son, he met many missionaries, was moved by their testimonies and stories from around the world, and saw incredible victories for Christ at sometimes an incredible cost. Who would care for these who were doing kingdom work? Eventually he realized it would be himself and a team of like-minded people through Link Care because all people are precious. Since 1965, Link Care has depended on donations to minister to those God walked through our doors and we are so grateful for generous people who help fund the work we’ve been given.
