The Restoration & Personal Growth Program at Link Care extends our mission of serving God by helping people grow in emotional health, personal integrity, and spiritual wholeness. The RPG program specifically ministers to pastors and missionaries who have encountered difficulties while in ministry. It is centered on helping our clients find renewed perspective on life and ministry, addressing issues related to stress and burnout, working through marital distress, cross cultural adjustments, career evaluations, morality issues, adjustment for children and teens, grief and loss, and concerns related to transitions among many other things.
During the application process, our director of Mission and Member Care will help assess each applicant’s specific needs and challenges to create a unique treatment program. Participants engage in approximately 10 clinical sessions and 2 pastoral session per week. The pastoral care component of the RPG program provides guidance for a healthy spiritual life, boundaries, spiritual warfare, and interpersonal relationships.

Supportive fellowship of other missionaries and pastors on campus
All program participants stay on our campus for a minimum of four weeks in their own fully furnished and equipped apartment. Our campus also has a basketball court, playground, pool, and library. While in our program, participants are encouraged to use their free time to engage in their hobbies, explore the beautiful local parks and nearby National Parks, and to supplement their counseling with recommended books, videos, and other resources.
Our team has witnessed over 70% of those in the RPG program return to ministry. Over the years this has amounted to over 6,000 pastors, missionaries, and their families.
